NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF ROBERTS CITY ORDINANCE #2024-0813

    NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the following hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers of the Roberts City Building, 647 North 2872 East, Roberts, ID at  August 13, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.: by the Roberts City Council for the purpose of a public hearing to adopt an Ordinance providing to establish general impact fees for capital improvements within the City to ensure an equitable distribution of costs related to new growth and development, enacts Roberts Fire District Impact Fee for the collection of fees for capital improvements to the Roberts Fire District ($500 for each new residential, $.05/sq foot for each new retail or commercial built in the city), and gives the Mayor authorization to organize a development impact fees committee.

    At said hearing, all parties in interest and citizens of The City of Roberts shall have an opportunity to be heard in relating matters pertaining to said proposal.

    In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, any person needing assistance to attend said hearing, may call Roberts City Hall at 208-228-3220 to make arrangements to attend at least five (5) days prior to said hearing.
