NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers of the Roberts City Building, 647 North 2872 East, Roberts, Idaho: August 13 at 6:50 P.M
A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE TO ROBERTS BUILDING CODE HAS BEEN REQUESTED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 657 N 2865 E. THE PURPOSE OF THE VARIANCE WOULD BE TO ALLOW THE PROPERTY TO BE SPLIT INTO TWO (2) PARCELS. THE APPLICANT DESIRES TO BUILD ONE (1) ADDITIONAL NEW HOME AT THIS LOCATION. ALL REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET ON THE APPLICATION.
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, any person needing assistance to attend said hearing, may call the Robert City Hall at 228-3220 to make arrangements to attend at least five (5) days prior to said hearing
